Martha Ortega is an accomplished recruiter with over 20 years’ experience in human resources, much of it dedicated exclusively to executive search. She joined Patrick Kenniff’s team in 2016, where she quickly distinguished herself through her expertise in project design, process optimization, as well as her research, writing, translation and editing skills. With a keen sense of project and team management, Martha excels at achieving objectives, even under pressure.

Her extensive travels in Europe and Asia, as well as long stays in South America, have enabled her to develop an exceptional ability to interact with different cultures, reinforcing her adaptability and understanding of diverse beliefs and customs. She is fluent in three languages: French, Spanish and English.

With a background in administration, Martha now focuses on executive search for the public and private sectors, while having developed specific expertise in the academic, associative and NPO fields in recent years. Her extensive network, both national and international, testifies to her ability to forge solid, lasting relationships. Martha is recognized for her rigor, creativity, commitment to diversity and transparency. Her passion for human relations remains the common thread running through her career, and she stands out for her dedication to improving the lives of the people she accompanies.

Alongside her career, Martha is deeply committed to social and philanthropic causes. She volunteers in various initiatives and sits on the Board of Directors of the AFS Interculture Canada Foundation. Outside work, she draws energy from her family and her passion for painting, both of which have always played an important role in her life.
