This office provides the private and public sectors with practical and strategic support, advice and guidance to assist senior management in making sound decisions consistent with applicable federal and provincial laws, regulations and best practices.
We are currently seeking a senior-level partner who, depending on experience and client base, could join the firm as an income partner or an equity partner. The firm prides itself on being inherently flexible, with a collegial approach and an entrepreneurial bent. Initiative is encouraged in developing and serving a varied and growing clientele.
The current priority practice areas that the firm is seeking for its Montréal office are environmental law, energy law and municipal law. The current client base in these three practice areas is made up of organizations and companies in the private and public sectors. In certain fields, such as energy and environmental law, there are international companies interested in establishing facilities in Québec to take advantage of numerous investment opportunities. The firm’s practice in Montréal has grown significantly in recent years, to the point where there is a strong need to expand the team to meet the expectations of an expanding and demanding client base.
