Our client is a recognized national law firm which is currently seeking to recruit a Partner with their own clients to join its Montr\u00e9al office. This office provides the private and public sectors with practical and strategic support, advice and guidance to assist senior management in making sound decisions consistent with applicable federal and provincial laws, regulations and best practices.<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking a senior-level partner who, depending on experience and client base, could join the firm as an income partner or an equity partner.\u00a0 The firm prides itself on being inherently flexible, with a collegial approach and an entrepreneurial bent.\u00a0 Initiative is encouraged in developing and serving a varied and growing clientele.<\/p>\n

The firm\u2019s core areas of expertise include commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, professional liability, contractual disputes, and unfair competition. Its current client base includes businesses of all sizes, financial institutions, Crown corporations, and public agencies. The team is regularly called upon to handle complex, high-stakes matters, both nationally and internationally. In light of sustained growth in demand in this area, and the firm\u2019s desire to grow and diversify its clientele, they are looking to welcome a partner with strong experience in commercial litigation\u2014someone who can actively contribute to business development while joining a team recognized for its rigor, collaboration, and strategic mindset. The firm is also seeking a partner who will serve as a mentor to the junior lawyers within their practice group.<\/p>\n
