Our client, a fast-growing national law firm, is looking for a dynamic lawyer to join its M&A team in Montreal. Recognized for its expertise and pragmatic approach, the team regularly advises companies of all sizes, institutional investors and foreign corporations on complex acquisitions, sales and reorganizations.
We are looking for candidates with between four and ten years’ relevant experience in transactional law. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with the partners in the practice and will be actively involved in national and international mandates.
