Stéphanie Beauregard has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993, after studying law in Ottawa and Paris. For more than three decades, she has led a stimulating and varied career as a lawyer, in addition to her involvement in various professional, social and charitable organizations. In the process, she has forged solid relationships with several generations of colleagues and other professionals from all walks of life. Her in-depth knowledge of the legal and business worlds, her integrity and her interpersonal skills make her an ideal ally for anyone looking to expand their team by adding lawyers and other senior-level professionals or managers.
At the start of her career, Stéphanie worked in commercial litigation alongside experienced lawyers, familiarizing herself with the professional liability, construction and insurance sectors. She then turned to business law and developed a keen interest in the corporate real estate sector, carving out a place for herself as a leader in this field, rising to the position of partner in one of Canada’s leading law firms.
She has an excellent understanding of the needs of the legal profession, both as a service provider and as a client of major law firms. Indeed, she has practised law both in private practice and as in-house counsel for various companies, including a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.
Since 2010, Stéphanie has played a key role in the expansion of her former business law firm. As her interest in recruitment has grown, she is now firmly committed to the search for new talent.
Over the course of her career, Stéphanie has taken part in numerous seminars and conferences as a presenter, and has published various articles, notably under the aegis of Éditions Yvon Blais (now Thomson Reuters).
She has also been active in various organisations. In particular, she was a government-appointed member of the Board of Directors of the Société d’habitation du Québec. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Les Amis de la Montagne, where she serves on the executive as secretary. For several decades, this organization has been looking after the protection and enhancement of Mount Royal, this priceless natural and heritage jewel in the heart of the city.
Stéphanie is fluent in French and English.
